infinIT Services GmbH (information technology & digitalisation business) was a restructuring project in which I performed complete hands-on management of the entire marketing mix & daily marketing tasks for the business with over 800 employees in Germany and Poland in 11 locations. I also executed the successful rebranding of the business that included both digital assets such as the new website, but also the physical rebranding of the locations.

As the Marketing Manager I had the pleasure of designing and executing numerous marketing campaigns that were aimed to support the different salespeople and Key Account Managers within our business.

The campaigns varied greatly and utilised all forms of digital marketing: From a basic Email campaign all the way to paid Social and Search campaigns, whilst utilising landing pages – all with the management of sales funnel and nurturing of potential leads in mind.

To support the business I created several websites based on WordPress. These included the main corporate website for infinIT Services GmbH, but also some part of the portfolio and their brands were given their own website such as MICC SmartCases and D-Morits.

Everything on the websites was designed, created, and executed by myself. (Making use of several plugins, themes, and some custom coding of my own.)

I also managed all Paid and Organic Social Media activity for the company.

The Paid Social Media activities typically were executed on LinkedIn and XING. I ran several campaigns making use of the available professional targeting that the platforms offered, allowing us to reach the correct stakeholders in the businesses we wanted to sell our services to.

The Organic Social Media activities included things like updates from conferences, or job postings, or other posts that supported Employer Branding.

I planned and executed all Paid Search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing, and the changes in content and creation of landing pages for different purposes that were to arise from identifying different needs and pain-points of the potential customer, which the Paid Search campaigns were designed around.

I would also like to mention that I managed to do this successfully without being able to speak German fully, as a testament to my ability to learn quickly and to be able to figure things out  – being able to speak Swedish did help a bit though!
